WHO ARE WE?
Vocal Rogue® is a community interest company based in Sandwell, focused on building stronger connections between people, communities and local organisations.
We are creating a space where everyone feels heard, valued and understood - a space where individuals can connect, grow and move forward with confidence.
Our work centres around people aged 9 and above, with a strong focus on early intervention, personal development and community engagement. We support young people to build confidence, develop discipline and create positive pathways for their future.
Our Football Development Programme began as a pilot initiative, designed to explore how sport can be used as a tool for engagement, structure and personal growth. Following its success, it is now being developed into a fully established part of our delivery, helping participants build confidence, communication, discipline and teamwork, while improving focus, behaviour and overall engagement in daily life.
Alongside this, our Wellbeing Support work plays a key role in our approach, supporting individuals experiencing isolation, loneliness and mental health challenges. Through supportive conversations and community-based engagement, we create safe spaces where people feel comfortable opening up, connecting with others and accessing the right help at the right time.
At our core, Vocal Rogue® is about bringing back that “old school” sense of community - where people look out for each other, opportunities are shared, and everyone has a chance to progress.

Vocal Rogue® supports the Sustainable Development Goals, which means long-term social impact - not short-term activity.
Our work aligns with key UN SDGs that reflect our focus on social mobility, wellbeing, and community resilience. Each goal represents a practical commitment embedded within our delivery and partnerships. www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment
