Over two years, Vocal Rogue® self-funded and delivered a pilot Football Development Programme, gathering impact data and proving the value of structured sport for young people.

We’re now expanding into Oldbury with U9 and U10 teams, focusing on development, mentoring, and player progression.

We’re seeking:
⚽ Head Coaches x2 (FA Level 1)
⚽ Assistant Coaches x2
👩‍💼 Administrator

• Coaches approx. 5 hours/week 
• Assistant & Admin voluntary, with pathway to paid roles 
• Help shape a long-term community football model 

This isn’t just football — it’s prevention, confidence, mentoring, and discipline, giving young people structure and opportunity.

Vocal Rogue® is looking for someone to help manage and grow our established Vinted shop (running for 8 months).

This is a voluntary role, with a clear pathway into a paid position as the project continues to grow.

What you’ll do:
🛍 Catalogue, price & upload items (approx. once a week / 5 hours)
📦 Manage listings and keep the page active
📊 Track items and support basic organisation

What you’ll gain:
