Over the past two years, Vocal Rogue® CIC has self-funded and delivered a pilot Football Development Programme, building evidence and demonstrating the impact of structured sport for young people.
We are now expanding into Oldbury with U9 and U10 teams, focused on development, mentoring, and long-term player progression.
We are seeking:
⚽ Head Coaches x2 (FA Level 1)
⚽ Assistant Coaches x2
👩💼 Team Administrator
Commitment:
Coaches: Approx 5 hours per week
Assistant Coaches & Administrator: Flexible (voluntary roles with a pathway to paid positions as the programme grows)
This is more than football — it’s about prevention, confidence, discipline, and creating structured opportunities for young people.
Operations Administrator
This role supports the day-to-day running of the organisation, including managing enquiries, updating our CRM system, assisting with scheduling, and maintaining communication across programmes.
Commitment: 3–6 hours per week
