We are seeking an organised, reliable Secretary to support the executive management of Vocal Rogue® CIC. In this vital governance role, you will work directly alongside the CEO to keep our social enterprise running smoothly. 

Responsibilities include handling high-level administrative tasks, logging summary notes from strategic corporate meetings, managing schedules, and keeping our central CRM system completely updated across our football, wellbeing, and social supermarket initiatives. Your support will directly ensure our leadership team remains legally compliant.

• Commitment: 3–5 hours per week (Studio / Home Based).

Vocal Rogue® CIC has launched a dedicated charity store on Vinted to generate sustainable funding for our low-cost community initiatives. We are seeking a creative Vinted Page Manager to take ownership of this online platform. 

You will be responsible for sorting clothing donations, taking high-quality photos, writing accurate product descriptions, and uploading listings. You will also manage customer enquiries and handle shipping logistics. Your fashion, photography, and e-commerce skills will directly turn pre-loved items into vital funding for local youth sport and wellbeing programmes. 

• Commitment: 4–6 hours per week  (Remote / Mobile).
• Status: Voluntary.

We're seeking a digital creator to manage our growing social platforms and help us share the Vocal Rogue® story. As our SM Coordinator, you will work from home to design engaging content for our channels, but travel on-site to capture photos & videos at our football training, wellbeing sessions, and the social supermarket. 

You will create graphics, edit short videos, monitor engagement, and reply to community messages. If you want to build a professional marketing portfolio while driving grassroots social impact, this creative role is for you. 

• Commitment: 5–7 hours per week (Remote / Mobile).
• Status: Voluntary.

 We're looking for a passionate brand ambassador to connect Vocal Rogue® directly with the Sandwell community. In this role, you will work from home to make phone calls, send emails, & arrange key meetings, while travelling out into the community to engage with local families, businesses, and grassroots organisations. 

You will promote our sports, wellbeing & up and coming programmes, spread the word about the social supermarket, and present our successful track record to seek potential corporate investors. If you love building relationships & breaking down social barriers, join our team.
