Through reducing isolation and building connections, we strive to create a welcoming space where everyone feels supported and valued.
Free sessions

A free 45-minute phone session offered on alternate Mondays. It provides a safe, confidential space to share concerns, explore feelings, and gain guidance. Learn about additional programs that can support your mental well-being.

Weekly 1-hour sessions every Wednesday with our trained professionals. These sessions offer a safe space to share feelings, discuss challenges, learn coping strategies for mental health issues, and access our support.
