Terms and Conditions for Vocal Rogue® CIC

Welcome to the Vocal Rogue® CIC website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.  If you do not accept these terms, we respectfully request that you do not engage with our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Services
Vocal Rogue® CIC provides well-being support, educational resources, marketing services, workshops and events. These services are aimed at fostering personal growth, enhancing skills and promoting overall well-being. Participants may access a variety of resources and activities focused on personal development, training and community engagement. All services are intended for personal and educational use only.

3. User Rights and Responsibilities
As a user of Vocal Rogue® CIC’s services, you agree to the following rights and responsibilities:

• Respectful Behavior: You agree to treat our staff, other participants, and instructors with respect and courtesy. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
• Compliance with Instructions: You agree to follow all instructions provided by Vocal Rogue® CIC’s staff and instructors during your participation in our activities.
• Health and Safety: You must disclose any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your ability to participate safely in our services.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking and can be made using the following methods:

• List accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, debit card, and paypal.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
To avoid incurring a cancellation fee, cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days, depending on the payment processor's policy.

• Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation is made less than 6 hours before the scheduled booking, you may incur a cancellation fee, and no refund will be provided.

6. Liability Waiver
Vocal Rogue® CIC operates within rented premises and does not own the locations where our activities occur. By participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Assumption of Risk: You recognise that participation in our activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury or damage. You hereby accept full responsibility for your participation at your own risk.
• Limitation of Liability: Vocal Rogue® CIC, along with its employees, agents and representatives, shall not be liable for any injuries, damages or losses sustained during your participation in our services, regardless of whether they occur at rented premises or other locations. This includes any incidents related to the conditions of the premises.
• Third-Party Premises: Vocal Rogue® CIC is not liable for any accidents, injuries or damages arising from the use of third-party facilities. The space owner or operator is responsible for ensuring their premises are safe and suitable for activities.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any claims against Vocal Rogue® CIC for any injury, damage or loss incurred as a result of participating in our services.

7. Intellectual Property 

• Copyright: All content, materials and services provided by Vocal Rogue® CIC, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, course materials and audio/visual content, are protected under copyright laws. Vocal Rogue® CIC retains all rights, title and interest in all copyrighted materials. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited.
• Trademark: The name "Vocal Rogue®" is a registered trademark of Vocal Rogue® CIC. All associated logos, branding and slogans are also protected under trademark laws. Any unauthorised use of the name or related trademarks is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
• All Rights Reserved: All rights, titles and interests in Vocal Rogue® intellectual property are exclusively owned by Vocal Rogue® CIC. No portion of our materials or services may be reproduced, modified, distributed or otherwise used without prior written permission from Vocal Rogue® CIC.
• Protection of Intellectual Property: Vocal Rogue® CIC is committed to protecting its trademark and copyright rights and will take appropriate legal action against any infringement or misuse of its intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability
In addition to the provisions of the Liability Waiver section above, Vocal Rogue® CIC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms
Vocal Rogue® CIC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
